The world building is great and overall the story is pretty good, but it heavily suffers from far too many concurrent story threads happening at the same time, often times following different POVs that have little to no direct relationship with one another. The main story itself is far too slow, so much so that the MC feels extremely boring and incidental to the story, which is a shame because she is very interesting and efficient when she does takes action. It honestly feels like a 90 minute batman movie where 70 minutes of the runtime follows characters that the titular batman meets for like 1 - 2 minutes, and where the batman himself spends most of the time drinking coffee in the batcave before finally showing up to get stuff done.
