Average western detective fanfic

I don't understand why the mc have to accept new mysterious identity just to join police and avoid 6 month of police training, while his original identity is only 19 and clean without crime record, that's an idiot move by a guy who calculate everything. I don't know how hard it is to become a police, but i heard it pretty easy, they basically accept everybody with clean record. Now the MC having a trouble with irs because of that identity issue.

Interesting premises, but average story with too many unnecessary plot and over explanation in the beginning that make the story boring. In conclusion it's disappointing.

Not relevant to my rating but at first I thought it's a cultivation novel, turns out it's not. Although cultivation techniques and cultivation is the main system of human race, but the mc is not a cultivator, in essence it's just an apocalypse novel with mc travel back and forth from present and future, the mc also has ability to devour other species talent, so he doesn't cultivate.

Another rebirth urban harem novel, I was hopefull because the mc statement about not having other womens because he already have a beautiful fiancee, in the end he indeed have several wives, what a spineless and shameless mc. For the record, I'm not against romance, I'm just against harem, in my opinion only mediocre author use harem for content filler because they can't make a good content without exploiting womens
