The best part about this novel are the top two reviews arguing whether the subordinates should speak or not. The only thing I can say is: Who the fuck cares?

This is a novel with a MINECRAFT system (And an author stating when the mc bangs chicks before the story starts), it is obviously not meant to be taken seriously. And if the author is actually trying to write a serious novel with this cheat, the he should reconsider careers.

Now for the review: It's meh, among kingdom building lord whatever novels it is rather average, and that means its objectively meh. / Edit: This is a huge mess and complete fever dream, genuinly bad to the degree of laughing. NOW THE MC IS EVEN DROPPING N BOMBS, WHAT AM I READING / This could have been saved if this was written more comedic, like double down on the sillyness. Sadly that hasn't happened so far and the novel takes itself way too serious. It just doesn't mesh together and you end up with a boring bland soup of nothing. (Which now turned into a unwanted comedy show. It's so bad it's funny.) So, please reconsider career choices Mr. Author.

A critic was confused below...did you started reading at chapter 17? The first few chapters is when MC was born as a mayfly in a lake fighting predators and fighting to live longer. He isn't a human. MC is a sentient mayfly demon at birth, why would he live like an insect with only instinct in mind when he can think? Out of all insects, he even became a short lived mayfly demon with only 1-2 days lifespan after birth, if you add the egg cycle it'll be only 1-2 years overall.

Just like any demon race in any cultivation novels, demons tend to live and learn like humans since humans are known for their intelligence and demons are known for being simple minded. The human race is the darling of heaven and earth, the protagonist race. A human body is the most perfect and suited for cultivation that's why demons also will transform into humans. Hence the MC also can transform into human form at will and the demon race here built schools to educate new sentient demons like MC who got 0 knowledge in the world.

This is common sense in any cultivation novels unless specified by the author.
