While I am a sucker for OP cheats in swallowed star, this feels too straightforward , too strong and mc seems to have no personality except desire to become strong. Changes in will should result in changes in personality ( more peaceful or confident or free in nature or dominating) yet no such thing is present here.
(Ch31) PS - what kind of stupidity is this, mc kills a beast gains its talents and then somehow the beast is alive again.
Uptill 300 chapter[spoiler included]
1. MC rather then using foreign language of that world started teaching Chinese to others.
2. MC doesn't use power system of that world but makes multiple new Chinese technique as new power system.
3. It is said in the tag that western names are used but it is low to none. Most of the peoples name and there races name are in Chinese.
4. Things like Feng shui, array, luck are thing that MC created that are not available normally.
5. We know journey to the west is interesting but only to us as there is no monster and demons in our world. How the hell would other party be interested in JTTW when there whole world is crawling with monster and has no idea of Chinese culture or society.
6. How in the world you can remove racism which is at its peak in that world with just story telling and moral guidance?
Though story is still good as territory management but MC has too many plot armour and MC is in constant danger while being weak.
My English is weak so please don't mind it.

The first part of the story is good, with a pretty balanced mix of hardship and rewards. The MC cheats by seeing health bars and gains loot from killing zombies and beasts.
In the middle part of the story, the MC starts collecting girls for his harem, and the focus shifts from survival and hardship to nurturing his harem and bonding with friends. This section started to bore me and I considered dropping the story. However, I gave it another chance by browsing the chapter titles over the next 100 chapters. One chapter caught my attention so I skipped ahead and started reading again from there. I found it interesting once more.
After gaining some motivation I went back to read the chapters I had skipped. The ending part is the same chapter that caught my attention earlier. I can say the ending is quite good. The MC is now far ahead of his enemies in terms of power so he’s just enjoying life. Still, there’s something that keeps his story interesting.
Overall, it was a good time waster for readers who like to read daily. I give it 4 stars.
Anyone who has read the author's old book would know that he is pure racist with Cn supremacy complex, like in this novel the author mentions that mc is a chinese for every 10 sentences and always mentions that eastern women r gentle and virtuous, and often saying that he doesn't care whatever happens to american people etc...so u can guess what type of charcter would the mc have,so if u can ignore that then it's a decent read.......
"Hunter had no sense of identity with the 'land of the free' beneath his feet.....The education he received in his previous life made him wish it could be even more chaotic here".. Lines like these made me reduce my 3 star rating in to 2 star.. evert time I try my best to ignore these racist or inhumanistic remarks but the author keeps on mentioning these often making it really irritating
This is a genuinely good novel about Greek mythology. What makes it stand out is that it focuses heavily on the age of creation and the early days of the gods. Instead of starting after Zeus’s rule is already established and stable, the story begins with the origin of the world itself and the transition between the reigns of Uranus, Cronus, and Zeus.
It is one of the few novels in this genre that actually goes into detail about the war between Cronus and Zeus, from the moment Zeus first starts planning to overthrow his father to the process of building his own divine kingdom. Most novels just summarize these events in a few lines, but this one actually tells the story properly. The author also handles the plot in a pretty satisfying and clever way, and even creates some original gods of his own. Because of that, the usual predictability of this genre is reduced quite a bit, which is another plus.
On top of that, this novel is basically a harem wish fulfillment/power fantasy novel. As someone who enjoys harem novels and is also really into Greek mythology, this combination feels almost perfect to me. It is also fairly lighthearted, making it very suitable as a fun and relaxing read.
The only real downside is the author’s writing style. He writes in a very flowery and epic tone, which can feel strange at times. There is also a lot of unnecessary and overly long description that does not really matter, so if you are not used to this style, reading can feel tiring and the pacing of the novel slows down noticeably.
Overall, if you are looking for a novel focused on creation myths, this is definitely one you should give a try.
Trash novel.
The MC is shown as transmigrated but keeps showing a naive and crybaby mindset when facing his system and disciple.
The female disciple is an ingrate—a ruthless empress type who backstabbed her master once before rebirth. She immediately tries to sever ties with the MC after rebirth, even after seeing that he tried to sacrifice his life to save his backstabbing bitch disciple before her rebirth. Only after realizing she can hear his mind's voice (or inner voice) does she stay. Even then, she only stays after confirming there were benefits; otherwise, the bitch would have backstabbed him even after knowing the real melodramatic story through that inner voice shit.
The MC's system is also a shit product. It keeps throwing electrical whips straight at the MC's soul, saying dogshit like he stepped inside with his left foot instead of his right in front of his disciple, frying him in an electrical net at every given chance.
The rewards for completing system tasks are also tailored to his disciple. For example, the immortal technique he got from the system has usage conditions like "16 years old, virgin, female, cold-hearted pussy disciple," and so on. Meanwhile, his reward is a partial growth technique with impossible growth conditions for a weak ass.
Finally, the system is a stingy, neurotic bitch who should have gone first to lick that icy pussy-bone disciple rather than sticking with the naive, pathetic MC.
The author is also a talented person just like his icy disciple, showing flashbacks like a history line and expecting readers to imagine character feelings as if we know everything. He types out a few tragic stereotypes without fleshing out the background. Do they expect us to PUA ourselves into liking a backstabbing bitch just because he portrays her as a well-known "icy pussy bone" trope ?
Notice how most of those who gave low stars didn't even finish 50 chapters...
All notes aside, this is one of the best cultivation novels I have ever read. VERY underrated and the MC is likeable too. Despite being cautious, he still retains his emotions and acts like an actual human being. And don't worry, he remains cautious no matter how strong he gets.
And the sect he joined is one of the best I have ever seen with everyone getting along in harmony. No random arrogant elder. No random young master or anything. From the sect master down to the normal disciples, they all get along very well.
Also, chapter 425 is peak. No spoilers tho.
3 star - yeah not bad for passing time, but not good enough to be re-read or recommend to others also the ending is rushed and kind of dog shit ending
Honestly, it’s not a bad novel. However, it strongly clashes with my personal taste and triggers a lot of my insecurities. Because of that, I’d like to warn readers who might feel the same way (no offense to those who enjoyed it).
There is a heavy focus on promiscuity. Almost every potential heroine is a dual cultivator—and if you know what that implies, you’ll understand the issue. They are neither virgins nor emotionally exclusive, often with very high body counts. The MC himself is similar in this regard.
Promiscuity, open-style relationships, and casual dual cultivation are simply not for me, so I couldn’t enjoy the story despite its other merits.
Also, karma is a thing in Cultivation, there is a reason why promiscuity is regarded as unorthodox method.
