Meanwhile, a mysterious young man named Kadoya arrives in Shuchiin. What is his true identity? His mission to collect knightly history across 38 worlds is nearing completion, and he will soon find the meaning of his journey.

The original Kamen Rider series features a lot of slice-of-life scenes, with very little or no screen time for the male protagonist from the original work. The introduction of supernatural beings is primarily to better facilitate the emotional development of the relationship.
