She will continuously complete "house calls" in the [Main World] or "instances" to earn fees and improve her "medical skills." During her house calls, she will meet patients with diverse personalities and unique abilities—and gradually uncover the truth of the "world." —This is a single-player game, a cult simulator, Fran the Doctor, a ghost, a mystery, Warhammer, and contains many other elements (see related information for the work). —Although, the original description format is really interesting.
