Shushu, the legitimate daughter of the Duke's mansion, was mistakenly swapped with a peasant family. After finally returning to the mansion, life proved difficult. Her fiancé broke off the engagement, seeking to marry the Duke's adopted daughter instead. Unable to reconcile, Shushu targeted Song Ningjun, the man with whom she had swapped identities but now remained the Duke's adopted daughter. Ultimately, she was torn to pieces by wild beasts. Only after her death did Shushu learn that the stolen white jade vase, her life, everything, was the work of Song Ningjun. Unwilling to accept this, Shushu constantly pursued Song Ningjun, seeking revenge. Seeing her seducing that terrifying, perverted man, Shushu used the Duke's mansion as a stepping stone to rise through the ranks, becoming a county lord, marrying a prince as a consort, and bearing children in a blissful life. She drifted for decades, resigned to her fate, yet somehow found herself back at the moment the jade vase was stolen.
