In Tokyo, learning to cook is an essential part of becoming a corporate slave. Many students choose to spend a few years at Totsuki Academy after high school. Hachiman Hikigaya, a high school graduate dreaming of becoming a stay-at-home dad, comes to this legendary school at his father Joichiro's insistence. Thus, a new story begins.
