However, when the trainer returned five years later, the racehorse girls had completely become yanderes, staying by his side and not allowing him to leave his sight. During this time, he gathered some people for the anti-yandere organization, wanting to suppress or resolve these yanderes. He had to find the creator of the yandere flower while also being wary of his own yandere personality, "Ai," coming to cause trouble.

内容是人员因为工作的压力和赛马娘们对自己的关系导致要辞退这里的工作，很多赛马娘听到之后是立马想要阻止训练员离开，但训练员最终选择了离开，陪着朋友单单去往中国这一去，去了5年

然而5年后训练员再一次回来，赛马娘们已经彻底成了病娇，一直陪着，不准让他离开自己的视线，这期间单单为反病娇组织的人，他召集了一些人手，想要抑制这些病娇或解决，既要找到那位病娇花的创作者，又要警惕着自己的病娇人格“爱”前来捣蛋。

终于病娇的危机总算是抑制了，但并不是一件很好且长时间的日子，单单的第三人格，时间人格的赛马娘世界里，赛马娘们感应到了主世界里训练员，并一同前往主世界。时间人格把这件事告诉了大家，这既是一场普通日常，又是一场非常的危机。

最终训练员与两位世界的赛马娘们的长时间陪伴，训练员也总算适应了赛马娘的习惯，单单也要完成这里的最后一项任务，就找到疯狂花的创世者并解决。最后他也回去了中国。
