I am at 931, and the story is still exciting and enjoyable for me. One downside is that time has passed so much that several old side characters I like have not been mentioned again. They probably died natural deaths, but unknown since they are no longer mentioned. Note: For some readers, the power levels may affect their enjoyment. The story maintains reasonable power levels and growth, progressing step by step. Overall, the power level grew so much that old units that were shock troops are at best a clean-up crew. The number of planets or worlds grew beyond my ability to imagine. So at this point I just think of it as thousands and thousands of worlds.
