At ch. 69 and inconsistencies already keep emerging The first thing he did w the system was practice on a simulated patient which died multiple times until he became proficient at dealing w the problem in the allocated time. Later he gets the opportunity to dissect virtual bodies that simulate a living human and suddenly he's very scared. The last time he did something similar which would help him adapt is not mentioned. Another inconsistency is that in the beginning he got system points from helping patients without us explicitly hearing that a task was issued. Later point acquisition happened from specific tasks. Now he got points out of "nowhere" again cuz system hadn't issued a task abt it and we're supposed to be surprised with this "new" development.
