Wang Chen, a killer from the underworld of Earth, traveled to the Kalos region of the Elf World. He started out in the slums, joined the Flame Team, and dominated the underworld of Kalos! He flirted with the Elf Alliance, did business, played in the league, and racked up achievements to climb to the top of the white world! This is a story about a time traveler named Wang Chen who dominated both the black and white worlds in the Elf World.
