My name is Bai Ye, and I'm a time traveler. My only dream is to find my lost sister in this world where Kamen Rider actually exists, and then lie down. Until that day, the whole world heard that voice—

Overnight, I went from being a tokusatsu enthusiast who just wanted to slack off to a "future demon king" that the whole world wanted to study, control, or hunt.

The Dragon Knight Academy wants to imprison and observe me, considering me the most unstable "Ω (Omega)-level singularity"; the weirdos lurking in the shadows see me as a competitor that must be smothered, or a perfect chess piece that can be used.

Fortunately, my memories from my past life are my greatest asset. I know every knight's weakness, every strange creature's origin. And this blank dial in my hand, a table that holds the entire history of knights, and that enthusiastic servant who constantly "congratulates me," are my only means to overturn the chessboard.

By gathering the power of the nineteen main riders of the Heisei era, I will be qualified to be crowned king.

But I have only one goal - before I become the real "King", I want to find the man who calls himself "World Destroyer" and find out the whereabouts of my sister!

The enemy thought they controlled the script, but little did they know that I was the only one who spoiled the plot.

When a "devil king" who knows all the plots starts to act as the "protagonist" himself, how interesting will the world become?

好在，我前世的记忆，是我最大的外挂。所有骑士的弱点、所有怪人的来历，我都了如指掌。而我手中这枚能容纳所有骑士历史的空白表盘，以及那位动不动就要“为我庆贺”的狂热仆人，是我掀翻棋盘的唯一资本。
集齐十九位平成主骑的力量，我将拥有加冕为王的资格。
但我的目的只有一个——在成为真正的“王”之前，找到那个自称“世界破坏者”的男人，问出我妹妹的下落！
