Mo accidentally travels to Queens, a city in the Marvel Universe, and becomes bound to a "Mutant Ability Check-in System"—every year, he randomly gains a new superpower from a Marvel mutant. From his initial ability to see through walls to cyclops, weather manipulation, telekinesis, and even Wolverine's self-healing abilities, his life oscillates between the ordinary and the legendary.

As the owner of an ordinary auto repair shop, he initially intended to keep a low profile, but through a series of unexpected encounters, he met Peter Parker, a pre-Spider-Man, Bobby, who possessed ice powers, Rose, who could manipulate plants, and a group of ordinary yet warm-hearted community residents. From battling street thugs to dealing with dark elves, cosmic scavengers, and even facing Thanos's vanguard, Lin Mo gradually realized that the greater the power, the stronger the desire to protect.

He uses his Cyclops to help his neighbors cut pumpkins, his telekinesis to repair roofs for the elderly in the community, his weather control to create rainbows for the children, and his self-healing ability to stand in front of his companions... Outside the grand battlefield of the Marvel Universe, he built his own line of defense in Queens.

This is not a story about saving the world, but about a group of ordinary people who use their superpowers to protect the warmth of daily life: old lady Martha who bakes cookies, Ted who makes documentaries, the dog "Shield" who chases frisbees, and the concentric flowers that bloom again in the ruins.

When Thanos' snap wipes out half of all life, Lin Mo becomes the last remaining survivor in Queens. Carrying the memories of his companions, he waits and fights amidst the ruins, ultimately joining forces with the Avengers and using all the powers he's gained through "checking in" to restore a sense of community to Queens.
