Zeye is a descendant of the Water People who grew up in Dabei Village, Shuijing City. He is naturally friendly to water Pokémon and can communicate with them. Since childhood, he has dreamed of drifting around like the Pokémon in the sea and aspired to become the King of Navigation in this world.
