I decided to reread this story and my view changed drastically. The initial chapters are generic, but the narrative truly picks up after the first year, presenting much better ideas and pacing. The greatest highlight is the modernization of the wizarding world, a concept rarely explored in Harry Potter fanfics with such originality and creativity.

The protagonist has become more interesting; the coherence of his actions and the obsession with his goals make more sense now. However, the secondary world-building is basic, confined to the standard universe we already know.

The romance is the weakest and most problematic point. The age difference and, mainly, the history of a teacher-student relationship from years ago create an awkward and uncomfortable dynamic, which compromises the pairing’s credibility, even if the romantic involvement occurred much later. It is the biggest point of friction in the plot.

In conclusion, the reread helped me recognize the work’s qualities and original ideas. Although the romance is undeniably flawed, I chose to ignore it and focus on the brilliant development of the world and the modernization.

4/5 for the normal story Its a good level-up power fantasy novel. Problems I had with it didn't start until 400 chapters in so you are free to start reading, as it is an enjoyable fast paced level-up novel where MC literally grows from an ant to a demon-god with enjoyable arcs.

-2 for Pro-China BS when he takes over the real world, as well as the fact that the 'upper realm' after he beats game world is the Chinese Mythical System. It becomes a generic immortal cultivation novel with another author. I dipped out when the writing style drastically changed with degenerate immortal cultivation novel things (Secret realms/people underestimating him/face-slapping even though there was none of that in the book before)

In a post-apocalyptic situation where human resources are valuable and all kinds of superpowers are important, this story depicts the opposite: people with powers are carelessly overlooked. Everyone condescends to look down on the protagonist because they only possess a certain level of power. Novels starting with this approach are guaranteed to be absurd, toxic, and worthless. In the plot, the protagonist is a top genius but has only awakened a limited level of power, leading everyone to look down on them. Novels like this often feature a protagonist who is the school's top student but has powers below expectations, causing others to despise and look down on them. In reality, awakening even this level of power is considered an achievement and can be further developed, but everyone overlooks this accomplishment, despite the extremely low awakening rate in this world. It's ridiculous and illogical. This novel should be considered for abandonment.
