To save his terminally ill sister, Yagami Sa strikes a deal with a god and travels to a world fused together from multiple anime. He becomes Kamen Rider Zi-O, tasked with eliminating the dimensional rift monsters that threaten everyday life. However, the scars he bears from battle make him a shunned delinquent at Sobu High School.
