Mako, a second-year middle school girl who committed suicide in despair, was possessed by a ninja spirit and returned to the world. The ninja spirit, which had been dead for more than two thousand years, returned to the world with a strong desire for revenge. It lurked in the girls' school and continued to accumulate its power of revenge. In the explosions and fires, it vowed to kill all the ninja spirits in the world.

The ancient book "Ninja Words" records that when the world returns to the end of the Dharma, ninjas will resurface and bring about a dark and brutal rule. However, there is still a glimmer of hope that new ninjas will emerge from among the mortals to rise up in rebellion.

Now, deception, oppression, and exploitation are gradually filling the world. Ordinary people live in a false and manipulated life, ignoring cries for help and refusing to fight back against violence. Their blood and sweat are being slowly devoured, yet they remain oblivious. Once again, the world is heading towards the end of the Dharma.

绝望中自尽的中学二年级少女真子，竟受到忍魂凭依而亡者归来，两千多年的忍魂带着强烈的复仇心重返人间，潜伏于女校中不断积蓄着自己复仇愿力，在爆破与火光之中，誓要杀净天下所有的忍魂。

古书《忍语》中记载着，当人间又变回末法之世，忍者们便会再度于世间复苏，又将带来黑暗残暴的统治，但仍有一丝希望，凡人之中会诞生新的忍者奋起反抗。
如今欺瞒，压迫，剥削又一点点地填满人间，凡人们活在虚妄且被操控的人生之中，哀哭不闻，施暴不反，血汗被一点点蚕食仍闭目不醒，人间又一次走向了末法之道。
