Read 260Ch. #232
I will give the first book, 1-149 4 stars as it's a good book, the author no idea what the plan was for after the first book but the whole style changed. Imo kinda unfortunate as the first book was done so well, but the chapters seems to be on a slow burner as you can see the author also doesn't really have the passion to continue writing or is having a writing block from the little bits here and there.

Too much nonsense. I started skim reading at chapter 40... Which is not good. Anyways ya its a soap opera like the other guy said. Ofc with a bit of magic

For my amazing tolerance for racist novels as ive never had a novel where ive given up because it... This one is the worst. And the author cant decide on the mc's personality. At first a standard 25 year old person, then a murderer, then a soldier. There is no background info on the mc so the only option is that he is schizophrenic or someone with multiple personality disorder. Also where is the feeling of guilt that most people in society have when killing someone? Is the mc just some psychopath murderer that escaped from prison?

The mc is kinda dull but thats fine... For now. But the problem is that the author keeps adding nice details about what the mc does but forgets the important details. Like the mc never made a stove but he has one. Also the check-in was skipped on day 3, which idk why thats possible as the system gave a reminder to the mc to check-in before. There is also no time display so its hard to figure out if the next day happened or not, at least put the weather tab at the start so we can count the days and the reward from the system that is already forgotten. Also the different POV is nice to see but there is no time stamp so its annoying to remind yourself when this happens when the mc does it.

Such a good book, unfortunately it's hiatus status has been there for a few years.

End of the book is rushed. Not sure if the author gave up or decided to end there as he ran out of ideas. Otherwise the book is pretty good.

A story with good potential but needs heavy editing. The plot is kinda messy many things were added during the writing process. The author decided to write a book with the main plot in mind and decided to change/create the details as he goes. Which is a pain. Like there is a magic net that he connected to at lv1 mage but was never mentioned. It also seems to have no use, which will probably be explained later when needed. The plot suddenly exploded around ch.80 like the author gave up and wrote down the plot and then needs to flesh out the book. The mc is wandering around with no purpose or is being forced by 'fate' to go to certain places forced by the plot. And the power system isnt explained... Lv1-5? is apprenticeship. Lv5-10? Is mage. lv10-? Is archmage? Idk. Will probably be fleshed out later. Dont know the knight system. Just that he is lv5? In the system. And battle qi? is a knights skill. Then there is also bloodlines that seem to only give talents?

All that hate for a female protagonist, no wonder why there are not a lot of books with female protagonist, its cuz of you brain dead hating people. Anyways the book is ok, kinda slow daily life cultivation novel. The mc is low-key. The cheat isnt too op and like it says it's truly everywhere in terms of the rewards it gives, which for me it sucks. It looks like there is no focus and with the slow pace its not for me. Good premise and good start. Has potential.
