I think it's the trend of armies taking over the world. But the real thing is to get involved with the protagonist in that world and receive rewards from the system. It's really boring.

Authors who create novels like this are really quite sloppy. Taking characters from different worlds and speaking just one sentence is a waste. It's really chaotic and unsatisfying.
