It's average. I generally like taming novels so I'm giving it 3 stars. The thing I don't understand about this novel is that MC has a girlfriend but she basically isnt brought up after the first 50 chapters. he cares more about a girl he rescues than his girlfriend lol.

There's numerous chapters that are duplicated. As far as plot goes, it's filled with misunderstandings at the beginning because the FL assumes and the MC doesn't clarify things or is oblivious to her feelings. eventually they warm up and realize each others identity.

meh. it's not terrible. typical MC will sleep with all these random girls with problems or ulterior motives but ignore the one girl who's willing to be with him without strings attached.

Mc is pretty much unstoppable and never faces any real threat after the beginning. I half expected him to have some offspring to create a stronger family but surprisingly he’s not interested in women. Weird but alright. Other comments basically sum up the story though. It was a nice read when I needed something different

Meh. Typical story but it’s pretty trash. MC says he never “forces” anyone but the irony in believing that having someone who’s on the verge of death from starvation agree to be your girl isn’t forcing them is something else.

It’s nothing special. I rated it four stars because I like beast taming novels and I don’t give poor ratings until I’ve read the majority of a book. I will say that he has around 10 “pets” by chapter 61. A lot of common tropes in this and it does get really boring at some points because the author wants to focus on business aspects for a bit instead of advancing the plot.

I understand the review about the MC doing the same thing over and over again. One example is that he basically spams the same basic move for every fight. It's not wrong per se but the first few fight scenes can easily be skipped once you see the pattern. MC isn't dumb but he has some backwards logic. He says he needs a Supreme Sword before he can learn Kendo. I've read a lot of books but this is the first one where the MC thinks he cant learn swordsmanship if he doesn't have the best sword in the world. Anyways, I'm only 40~ chapters in so I'll keep reading and upgrade my 4 stars or rate it lower if i feel the need. it's 4 stars because I enjoy a good one piece fan fic.

It was okay. I love the concept but the random China nationalism moments and the racism ruin it whenever it gets interesting.

It may not be for some people but I like it. The tags are quite accurate. MC remains low key as in the FL doesn't know exactly who he is but I think they do it well. MC doesn't feel the need to faceslap everyone every few chapters and just quietly supports the FL while growing his business and taking care of his family.

It’s okay to me but it gets tiring when the MC’s with clearly OP powers start going “wow, why is everything so easy”.
