What WildFantasy said is the thing that bullies say and when the bullied retaliate, people like WildFantasy are the first ones to cry about the retaliation. Same with people who use "Edgy". It is like angels who cannot do wrong no matter how they are tortured, but rest assured that people like him know the game to pretend to be politically correct yet know that its stupid and do the thing that will stop the bullying even if it causes damage to the surrounding situations or people. I personally believe that if WildFantasy was bullied, he would be first one to retaliate. People need to understand that I, like everybody else do not want to be included in the collateral damage between the bully and bullied.Also, i want the bullied to retaliate against the bully. But this is the reason bully has to more at fault and punished rather than schooling the bullied person. Raise your voice when the bullying is happening , not when the bullied has determined that it is far too gone. I want the world to be a happy place and nobody pushed into the grinder of bullies and the people who cannot sop bullying but want the bullied to stop resisting and retaliating.

Honestly, the woman in the novel are give much leeway.In real life they are given much more. This experience comes from the fact that whenever you talk about men's right, the place people mind connects to is so obviously politically correct, i do not bother to connect with them.Later on, they come back to the NGO to get help. The author is a policeman and the bias that he has is quite dangerous as many in my country have the same leniency with woman. I still remember people blaming a man for cutting up a woman(dismemberment) not caring that the woman stalked the guy forcing him for marriage, called the police to charge him for kidnapping plus the police is also a politically correct force so they beat him up, filed a rape case against him twice with a 2 year gap. The judge said a woman's past conduct cannot be taken into account for future cases. Boom, killed her. From then on, had to search and so many cases popped out.Interesting is the fact that the cases with genders exchanged had so much social and political support, i really dislike men who support woman or have this incredible notion that men are somehow looking to beat woman. These same men come to the NGO crying about how their child is not with them or the wife took the child and ran away, ran away with some other guy while leaving with a bundle of domestic violence and rape charges, got shared custody from countries like USA or Singapore but had to come to our "sexist" judges to get the child all to herself. Men are a joke, honestly. You do something to support them, they will be the first ones to bow down to the gynocentric overlords. It is very tough to make them understand that if a woman cannot solve coding problems but you can, it is bad to hire her as that opportunity is yours. It is way more tough to express sympathy for such guys when they come back when this shit actually happens. The taunts they get are "Maybe she did better than you", etc, like they did not believe me and called me "sexist", now the world calls them. Men are stupid.

Good plot, good MC. Do read it. Plus he is not whiney. We all come across as whiney if the MC is whiney here.

It is a comedy novel. Has the best endings. Xin Feng's novel are usually like this. Unreasonable and funny. They do not like to pretend to be logical and funny at the same time.Pure gold.

I liked it and read it all the way until the final translated chapter.Afterwards, came to wtr-lab to read it. If the book can be divided into 4 halves, the first 2 halves are alright.From the 3rd, the downgrade starts and the ending is very bad and bland.

This novel is below average. A simple reason would be that the father is extremely stupid.And the villainous characters are dumbed down to let some of his stupidity go. Otherwise this novel will end in 50 chapters at most, 25 chapters at least.If you are reading for a long time, means decade o r so, you may see how trashy this whole family relationship gets in the end. Also, his daughter is always right and he only pampers her like a princess, who, if she was not one of the MC of this story, would be woman who face would have been slapped countless times. Most family novels are like this, or where a son or daughter is there.They are always correct, their familial love is always correct. Maybe it is because it is a family novel, but then why pretend to be a good guy who just wants to protect his family, why pretend to be some kind guy who has never provoked anybody. Yes, you did it because you wanted to. Here, the MC says and kills people who never wanted to provoke her daughter, or who rejected her. Like a brainless father, "my daughter does not need you to reject her" and i knew and saw much more fatherly bullshit will come after this. I have read some female centric novels and that too, family ones, but the genre is different .It was urban fantasy or back in the past. The female lead, if she had some values, adhered to it.Their sons or daughters, if lost, were not so wilful. Needles to say, this is not the same. Not a great example of anything. Death_012 said it right about babysitting the guy, it is very much a possibility, because to me the other probable thing is the she does not marry anybody or the novels ends with a marriage. And Death_012 also successfully provoked some people too. Sound logic in many of his comments, but him not liking because MC has daughter and people getting angry is weird as many also have similarly ridiculous reasons for men or for other people but their similarly nonsensical reason's are politically correct and therefore, it is fine but Death_012's is not.

It is a great novel.Somebody said there is no common sense. I believe they should read more novels, as the conclusion from this novel is easily that the current period is "end o cultivation era". Readers of "Asking for Immortality in Another World" will be familiar with it.So, the qi is getting less and less, and you know evil arts will rise. Plus our protagonist mindset is different from many others. So, do give it a read. Sometime you may find it repeating, but eradicating evildoers is a task that requires repeating scenarios.After all, even in real life, you will encounter the same things again and again. Godforbid , if anyone of us are in that situation, but if you think about protagonist's travelling time and route, mix it with seeing him as yourself, you will find it good. Also, for new readers or somebody who might consider it edgy.Every edgy novel i read had made more sense.The more people said senseless killing, the more it made sense.Sometime our protagonist had already suffered at the hands of the other person, but expecting to not kill his members is foolishness. Though here, there is no senseless killing.
