Another Er Mu's great novel. Although less tha 500 chapters, it's a lot better than those 1000+ chapter novels full of word-filling repeatitive wordings and plots. Start as RPG novel before turning into transmigrating to another world, demon & angel war, god-tier cyberhacking, spy story, fighting for the poor in the unjustice society, knight with gun and explosive in the world which electricity can not exist, politic play with 180-degree plot twist, sci-fi, etc. Er Mu novel is NOT for readers who want to read about MC action. This novel's too. MC's role is less than 20%. In many chapters, he completely disappears, only the side charaters play the crucial roles. Be warned. The plot is more complex than RTW. Many readers may not tolerate it. BTW, the official translated version is WORSE than this MTL-ed version.

Review at ch.458. One of the best of 2025 xianxia novel. BUT ... The first arc (mortal realm, ~60 chapters) is very \, very so-so & plain and ultra boring. The later chapters, when the MC get the sec master status, requires somewhat scientific knowledges. Most significant supporting characters have their own roles. Very significant. Both FLs are not just there and be flower vase. The main *antagonist* (of the first 400 chapters) plays the very significant role, although very tragedy. Hope the later novel development does not spiral down ..
