The scarlet flower of corruption blooms in the borderland, and the most holy and pure White Witch becomes the new king of corruption. The blue blood that has been passed down since ancient times flows under the dark tide, and the great and brilliant Duke intends to subvert the music of order. The unknown secret history disappears into nothingness, and the wizard who travels through time and space longs to see through the delirium of the world. As for me? I don't care. I will set up four pillars, guide four philosophers, and lead an absurd and ridiculous drama of salvation. Then, it’s time for me to go to the table and enjoy it! ps: This book does not follow the traditional wizard writing routine. There are no chips, no wizard academy, and no knights before wizards. The wizard supernatural system in this book is in its primitive and ignorant stage. There is no clear and rigid level of power, and it is generally fuzzily classified according to knowledge. So you don't see first-level wizards, second-level wizards,...

Eventually, the genius magician Ryan brought magic back to the top of the world.

……

"Your Majesty, you would also like to know what kind of magic it is."

For the sake of knowledge she didn't know, the queen had no choice but to let Ryan do evil.

In the dwarves' most advanced technological city, Ryan used his memories of his past life to make the dwarf king call him the reincarnation of the God of Forging.

Faced with the extremely ferocious dragon, people fled in panic.

Dragon: "Roar~ (majestic and majestic)"

Ryan stepped forward and said, "You evil beast, take my mighty dragon attack."

After traveling to the world of cultivating immortals, Xu Changsheng, who was bent on pursuing immortality, lived as a mortal for 18 years in obscurity. When he despaired of the path to immortality, he accidentally awakened the golden finger.

Ah? If the offspring's cultivation level breaks through, then his cultivation level can be returned?

Isn't that a system of having many children, bringing you great blessings? Give me as many children as possible!

I want the entire world of immortal cultivation to be filled with the blood of the descendants of Yan and Huang.

What? To strengthen offspring, you need spirit stones? You need lifespan?

Moreover, only when the offspring’s cultivation level breaks through can one receive the cultivation level return reward?

Alas, why is this system a little different from other systems that wish to have many children and be blessed?

Let’s see how our Ancestor Xu rose step by step from being a casual cultivator to the most powerful ancestor in the world.

This book is not of the traditional type of story about having many children and being blessed. It is a slow-burning, family-oriented story. It is not an invincible and exciting story, nor is it brainless. The protagonist is rather cowardly, and there are many female protagonists, but none of them are studs!

The combat system will not collapse! ! Fellow Taoists, you can read with confidence!

Read 86Ch. #53
So far, it’s an enjoyable novel. I haven’t found anything particularly annoying — everything is good: the characters, and the world-building. If you've read many novels from "The Golden Finger", you’ll notice a fair number of quotes borrowed from there. And if you've read a novel called 国王 available on the site, you’ll see a significant amount of content taken from it. However, this novel lacks some important details, and without them, it won’t reach the level of a great novel — just slightly above average. My personal rating is 4 out of 5, but I gave it a 5/5 to balance out some of the illogical reviews.

It's an exciting novel—I really enjoyed the concept of the main character's abilities and the events that unfolded. However, the world-building and power system were barely mentioned, which seriously hurt the story. It had the potential to be an above-average novel. On top of that, the main character is a lone wolf, so you won’t find many other characters that capture your interest. 2/5

An enjoyable novel with a writing style that captivates me, somewhat reminiscent of the classic writing styles of older authors. The concept of the novel — particularly the 'golden finger' ability used by the main character — is entertaining. I initially expected it to be overpowered to the point of ruining the story, but fortunately, that wasn’t the case; everything remained fun and engaging. The world-building is very well done. The story takes place in a low-level wizarding world, where a rank-3 Wizard Apprentice can control nearby kingdoms and run a wizard academy or tower. The protagonist’s character is very well crafted. However, I do have two main issues: First, the author's limited knowledge of Western fantasy terms and traditions. He tends to use cultivation and martial arts novel terminology instead. For example: 'For him, "breaking through" to a Wizard Apprentice in the shortest possible time was the most important thing. Any Wizard exchange meetings were too far away for him.' In my experience, there is no such thing as a "breakthrough" or an annual gathering to gain experience in traditional Western wizard settings — such elements are typical of cultivation novels, not wizard lore. This directly leads to my second issue: the characters. Due to the author's unfamiliarity with Western fantasy tropes, the characters are written in the style of cultivation novel characters, which affects their authenticity within the setting. Overall, I would rate it 3/5. I hope the quality improves in the future.
Read 17Ch. #17
I didn’t expect anyone else to know this novel. I’ve read 53 chapters of it. It’s a classic magic-themed story. If you enjoy that genre, give it a try. But if you’ve already read similar ones and don’t want to repeat the experience, it might not be for you. The first 40 chapters were average to good—I found some of the ideas to be somewhat fresh. However, I didn’t quite enjoy the chapters that followed. The author made the main character someone with a rank 2 magical qualification (qualifications are divided into 5 ranks, with rank 5 being the highest and rank 1 the lowest). The chance of someone with a rank 2 qualification becoming an official mage is about 1%, while for rank 1, it's around 0.1%. The character also lacks elemental affinity, and according to the author, the goal is for the protagonist to master all forms of magic. I personally don’t like this kind of setup. I’d rate it 3/5 . I might come back to it once more chapters are released.

So far, the novel is very good. There's not much filler content, and there are no stupid characters. The world-building is decent. However, the main drawbacks are that the author doesn't focus deeply on explaining the world. While it's clear that the author is trying to write a high-quality novel, the writing style and lack of experience have lowered the overall quality. For example, there are parts that should not have been rushed or summarized, and other parts that needed more detailed explanations. The writing style lacks—or perhaps has very little—of the literary or epic narration that would suit the atmosphere of the story. Finally, the most critical issue is the author's (or main character’s) strong attachment to China. The protagonist even changed his name in the current chapters to a Chinese one (and it seems he’ll be using it for a long time). There are also hints and elements that suggest a heavy focus on Chinese culture. The protagonist’s "cheat" ability is basically a chat group, and so far, all the members who’ve appeared are either Chinese or deeply rooted in Chinese culture. I don’t know—maybe the author is writing it this way to avoid being accused of betraying or not loving China. Also, the protagonist seems to have forgotten his family or is deliberately avoiding forming any emotional ties with them.
Read 141Ch. #122
A novel that can at best be described as below average. It has several issues that prevent it from reaching even an average level. The first problem is inconsistencies in the chapters—sometimes the protagonist's age is 15, other times 14. You never know which one is correct. Another major issue is the author's lack of knowledge about Western fantasy. He uses cultivation and martial arts terminology, which is a recurring problem with most Chinese authors. Another flaw is the MC's personality. He is essentially a luck protagonist from villain novels, the kind that villains kill. He doesn’t plan, doesn’t take the right first step, and constantly interferes in others’ affairs. If he sees someone being slightly oppressed, he will immediately reveal himself to the enemy and expose his new power in front of everyone, without even bothering to disguise himself. He can't even think of waiting for the enemy to leave and assassinating them while wearing a mask. Imagine, the author couldn't even conceive of this simple scenario! Instead, he went back to 2017-era brainless MCs, who rely entirely on luck or a system to survive. Because of this MC’s foolish actions, he offends the major nobles of the city. Then the author introduces a plotline where MC hates nobles and refuses to be flexible, while randomly inserting outdated communist philosophies. I really don’t understand why this novel has high ratings. Another issue is the system—it literally turned the MC into a complete idiot. If a lizard suddenly transformed into a dragon, it would naturally become an arrogant, overconfident fool. This overpowered system ruins the fun of the story. And, of course, the characters are extremely shallow—nobles are either pure evil, or they are kindhearted noble girls who need rescuing. Overall Rating: 1.4/5.
Read 15Ch. #15
I read the novel up to chapter 253 a long time ago. It’s truly an amazing story when it comes to villain cultivation. The author does a great job of showing just how evil the MC is—he will do anything to achieve his goals. Anyone who stands in his way, whether a beautiful girl or his own brother’s sister, will be killed. He is completely devoid of emotions. The MC’s family is also thoroughly corrupt. Whether it’s him or his family, they are all villains, seizing positions of power and appointing those who will serve them like loyal dogs against their enemies. Overall, I’d rate it 4/5. My main issue is that the enemies are a bit dumb, and the power levels feel somewhat shallow. If that doesn’t bother you, you might even rate it 5/5.
Read 22Ch. #458
Don't read this, don't even think about it! I've read over 60 chapters and got poisoned—it damaged my Dao heart. Don't read this if you want to live happily and safely without regrets or blaming the past. If you read this and your Dao heart is weak, you will die from cringe and an overwhelming amount of stupidity. Finally, I just want to say: damn my past self for choosing to read/download this toxic book.
Read 22Ch. #20
I read more than 100 chapters, or maybe a bit less—I don't quite remember. It was below average overall. The protagonist is decent, at least, but the author enjoys making things unnecessarily difficult for him. The characters either sacrifice themselves for the protagonist or try to kill him—there's no middle ground. The power levels are endless and essentially meaningless; they are just superficial rankings with no real depth or understanding of how they work, especially in the later chapters. That being said, since I personally dislike simulation-type novels, I still enjoyed this one a little. Read it if you're looking for something extremely shallow and if you like the "cheating through simulation" genre.
Read 104Ch. #366
I remember reading 300+ chapters before this site existed and it was average, honestly it's just a fight novel with no details for world building, trials and spells especially as the chapters progress but at least it took a unique path different from most wizard novels as it avoided a lot of the clichés that are common in low level wizard novels, if the author changed the world to something other than the wizard galleon maybe it would have been above average. I also have a feeling that the level of the novel will drop even more after I stopped reading it. Note that this is my own feeling, I might be wrong, but I'm sure that I won't come back to it.
