Honestly, I am speechless this event of the doomsday occurring is a global event not a national event. The fact that the mc did not even try to inform all parts of the world is baffling me, he only inform China first and gave them proof but the other parts of the world only 4 day advance notice how does that even make sense 😂. He even has the balls to say that the others didn't try to fight, how can someone fight without a glimmer of hope. The fact they repeatedly used the word humanity piss me off, the mc does not care about humanity at all only his nation. I am so disappointed that such a great concept for a novel is wasted due to someones narrow-minded thinking. When will people stop thinking about skin colour, ideology and religion as factor to set all of us apart, our diversity make humans unique understanding that as a way to bring us together and not to set us apart is what will make us grow as a species, that is our humanity.

The novel is nice but the reasons why I dropped it are because the mc called Africans gorillas and said their IQ is low and as an African I find it offensive, is this how the Chinese see us? Because I noticed all Chinese novels I read either ignore Africa, which I don't mind because we are quite far from them but insulting us is just so rude.
