The novel started with great promise, immediately capturing my attention with its intriguing premise and compelling characters. The initial chapters built a solid foundation, presenting a complex and engaging plot that seemed to have a lot of potential for development. The pacing and world-building were well-executed, and the character interactions were a delight to follow.
However, as the story progressed, it began to lose its momentum. The once gripping narrative gradually became monotonous, with repetitive arcs and a lack of meaningful progression. While the novel remained somewhat readable, it started to feel like the author was struggling to maintain the initial spark that made it so captivating.
The real disappointment came as the story approached its conclusion. The intricate web of plot points and mysteries that had been carefully constructed was suddenly abandoned in favor of an overly simplistic resolution. The protagonist’s sudden memory recovery and revelation as the "strongest in the universe" felt like an unearned deus ex machina. It erased the depth and stakes of the narrative, leaving countless plot threads unresolved.
Important elements that had been introduced earlier were completely sidelined, and the climax lacked any emotional or narrative payoff. Instead of tying the story together, the ending felt rushed, hollow, and anticlimactic, leaving readers with a sense of dissatisfaction.
While the novel had its moments of brilliance, especially in its early chapters, the disappointing turn of events in the later sections overshadowed the initial promise. It’s a story that started strong but failed to deliver on its potential, leaving a bittersweet impression in the end.
It’s a complete waste of time. Before you even start reading it, just skip it. And if you’ve already started reading it? My best advice is to toss it in the trash and forget about it, as if you never read a single word.
