I tried to read, but I just can't get past the 10th chapter by how boring and bad the premise, writing, and MC of the novel is.

So-so pacing, good entertainment. Good time waster, a bit too fast to OPness, and a small view of how politics work especially in a country of personal interests. Edit 1: reducing to 4 stars. Novel feels it is going jowhere with the current plot, although the current story seems good and all (secret invasion + thanos team time travel), there is no sense of the story being laid out for what to expect next. So far, it's a 5 star for me, for now. Like how the heroes are framed as the enemy, since they really do need to get off their high horses. If there’s a negative, it’s how side characters seemed to be dumbed down for the MC. Similar to face-slapping xianxia novels. Like a world-level debuff lmao

Complaints from others are confusing; clearly they hate fanfics written not for them but for an chinese/asian audience, yet still continues to rate negatively without bothering to read, expecting to read american values from said novels, in a website that machine translates chinese novels that have to have a level of propaganda or it won't even be successfully published or promoted. Not only that, some are just bot ratings to bring down specifically this type of novel lol.

Oof, it’s this type of fan novel. Not really a fan as this generally leads to no new plot or interesting plot development. After several dozens of chapters it just gets stale. Will leave another star to for reservation purposes
