After an accident, Luo Qingxiao is transmigrated to a world full of spirits. He arrives to witness the most terrifying aspect of this world—a spirit siege on a city. 
Fortunately, the siege seems to have just ended. After much trouble, he finally makes it back to a safe city.
This is a world where humans and spirits live together. Spirits are the true darlings of the world, possessing incredible powers. Countless spirits like the Frost Bird, the Blazing Sun Flower Spirit, the Thunder God, the Fighting Emperor Dragon, etc. live in this world.
Humans were once only able to eke out a living until the emergence of the True Spirit Contract changed everything. This contract allows humans and spirits to form a miraculous bond: the spirits grow stronger with the help of humans, and the humans command the spirits in battle. 
Now, humans have occupied most of the world's territories. After living in this world for nine years, Luo Qingxiao finally embarks on his journey to become the strongest trainer.

因一场事故，洛青霄穿越到了一个遍布精灵的世界，并且刚穿越过来，便见到了这个世界最恐怖的一面——精灵攻城。
不过幸运的是，他穿越过来后，精灵攻城似乎已经结束了，经过一番波折，他也终于回到了一个安全的城市。
这是一个人类与精灵共同生活的世界，而精灵则是真正的天地宠儿，拥有种种不可思议的力量，寒霜鸟、炽阳花灵、雷神将、斗武帝龙等等无数精灵生活在这个世界。
而人类原本只能苟且偷生，直到真灵契约的出现改变了这一切，真灵契约可以使人类与精灵签下神奇的约定，精灵借助人类成长，人类御使精灵而战。
直到如今，这个世界大部分的领地已经被人类占领，而洛青霄在这个世界度过了九年以后，终于踏上了成为最强训练师的旅程。
