Gain popularity among the citizens, build connections with law enforcement, and establish a business as a springboard to seize the powerful mayorship of Night City, promote the unification of North America, and replace Miles as president. Use force against corporations, and bring back the Roosevelt tax code. Fish: Freedom? That's just a lie the corporations use to lead ordinary people into a ditch. Ever since that punk Johnny Silverhand nuked Arasaka Tower, everyone in Night City has suffered. What they desperately need isn't freedom, but rules, boundaries, and protection. The citizens need a leader who can prevent chaos and sever the tyranny of the corporate minions. I offer them protection, severing the corporate throats and giving them a way out.
