382ch - so far no serious detective work, at some point every fking case becomes shady political shit. You wait and hope "ok next ark MC will start do what detectives should do" but no, MC just messing around and "investigating" his own mess... If you want to read detective novel then skip this one, because it is not. MC is more of assassin rather than police detective. read "American TV series Detective's Daily Life" if you want to see how mc rubs the entire American face in the dirt in plain text, while simultaneously investigating cases (no action) or "The world of American TV series: Starting with the L.A. Patrol" where detective work, team work and action goes hand in hand or "Detective: Open your eyes, I am handcuffed in the interrogation room" - true police detective novel.

Mc is good. His ability is simple yeat ellegant. Plot is interesting. But battles are no so hunterish, mby because he is mostly fighting nature. AT is like old dog togasi (og AT of HxH) Hiatus on hiatus, every few chapetrs requesting to fking leave.

Mc is scum, and i don't like scums.

Not much action, well almost NO action. Biggest feature of this ff is roasting and mocking of American values, American "dream" and statehood - it is masterful work. If you still wearing pink glasses when you looking at America as whole - that ff will shatter them completly.

It was great at first, because there was feeling that author was building up something great from the beginning but result... MC nen ability is Suuuuuuuuuuuppppppper boooorrrriiing. Like dude created sniper rifle after all that buildup... can you believe it.... I dunno like fk glasses with special effect would be more interesting than gun. Could have created Ruyi Jingu Bang or Facesmashing Emperor's seal...

if ff is not shit ppl automaticly starting to rate it as 5 star novel... has the plank really fallen that low? I'll say it straight, there's absolutely nothing remarkable about this ff. No new ways of developing the martial soul that we haven't seen in other works, no new plot twists, the only thing that can be noted is how skillfully the main character uses the skills of the 1st-3rd rings. It's not boring to read, but not interesting either. 5 stars are still toooooooo much.
