Stellaris, I, the War Criminal Lord, Start with Greenskins

Lin Hao, a commoner genius (whose core is a Paradox Interactive war criminal), enters the Empire's highest academy, where he falls in love with and clashes with the effeminate princess Jiang Yao. As the "Great Age of Exploration" sweeps across the universe, he awakens the [Star Domination System], gaining access to green-skinned units and the power to rotate magnetic fields. Using the Pantheon to synthesize an evil god, he summons players of the Fourth Calamity, writing his own "war criminal" legend in interstellar space with both absolute rationality and chaotic methods. Ultimately, he uncovers the mystery of his origins and confronts the ultimate annihilation of the universe.
