It would be even better if there wasn't so much shit going on. At ch 160ish, the MC has summoning, alchemy, alchemy to craft creatures/robots, now he's starting to study arrays, he's got like 10 breathing techniques, his knight "form" is an abomination with so much shit crammed in I don't even remember half of it, his wizard spells are all over the place, and it will probably only get worse. Basically everything he sees, he tries to learn.
Even with all of this crap superimposed he can barely fight 1 level above and some fights take FOREVER. Not to mention the story itself is INCREDIBLY SLOW. Other than that its aight.
It was really good. I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't rushed, the story should have been at least 1000 chapters, the last 30 were EXTREMELY rushed, some characters don't even show up, and ALOT of things are left unsaid. Besides this it was really good.
“Only by sending troops to eliminate the Japanese pirates can the valiant souls find peace.”
“Eliminate the Japanese pirates?”
Chen Jianghai and the others showed expressions of surprise. Is this what Daoist Lin couldn’t do?
Read at your own risk.
It was pretty good, but he started getting more and more mental talents and is turning into kind of a psychic, controlling blades to kill enemies or shocking them with mental power... At 123 he even gets a talent that makes his mental power parasitize other people/beasts so he can enslave them. Sigh, it was going fine but now its going in a completely opposite direction from the chapters before this. A pity.
Translation is garbage, multiple mistakes per chapter, gets especially annoying when everyone has the MCs name. Also there's a bunch of words with no spacing after them, its annoying a f to read.
The story itself is okay, not my thing that the MC is protected by an NPC that's supposed to be the system, feels like the MC is a wuss, same as the authors other novel where the MC just gets threatened left and right and doesn't do shit, just takes it.
Pretty decent, but very slow. The MC is alright but the class system is just retarded. But its not the first MC I see that doesn't want to specialize in anything, since for most CN authors them having more skills is better than using a few really well, so the MC ends up with a menu of skills that would probably take up 2 full chapters if the author typed them out.
Sigh. Literally a numbers novel. The MCs damage doesn't even vary, its all math. Hit the eyes? 1000 damage. Hit the heart? 1000 damage. Hit the brain? 1000 damage. Super boring.
