In 1991, Britain enacted the "National Special Talent Protection Act."

In 1992, MI5 and MI6 established WIC (Wizard Intelligence Committee), a wizard monitoring agency covering the entire country, and began to spread it throughout the Commonwealth.

In 1993, the first Royal Wizard Auror Force was formally established.

In 1994, 1995, and 1996, events changed rapidly, wizards declined, and a great war was about to begin. Amidst a series of changes, Muggles rapidly rose.

This is a story about the protagonist making many friends and attempting to overthrow the Ministry of Magic...
