In 1919, Donnie Bullock's spirit traveled to America. He began as a soldier recently discharged from World War I, framed by his superiors and forced to take over an Atlantic City tavern just before the arrival of Prohibition. Using his time-traveling perspective and ruthless tactics, he gradually became the nation's largest bootlegger.
