Five times the size of Earth is engulfed in chaos: the EF Federation and the Principality of Zeon are locked in a deadly battle, while also vying with the Atlantic Federation for control of the Americas. The strongest party, the Human Revolutionary Alliance, disapproves of the Atlantic Federation and Zeon, secretly aids PLANT and the EF, while also dealing with the restless Equatorial Federation and the turmoil in the Middle East. Furthermore, on Mars, Gjarrhorn has established a dictatorship, sparking widespread resistance. Now, Yang Hui, the "Flying General" of the Human Revolutionary Alliance's "Top Martial Arts" training team, leads the "Dragon City" squad straight into space, aiming to seize the Atlantic Federation's spoils, leaving behind the words: "Give it to me!"
