The reality of this world largely differs from Peter Parker's memories—Iron Tony Stark runs the global chain of Stark Bakery coffee shops, She-Hulk is a reigning Infinite Wrestling World Champion, and the sci-fi family drama *Fantastic Four* is currently a global hit. The imprisonment of crime kingpin Fisk has further escalated the unpredictable situation in New York. Most importantly, the Spider-Totem seems to be a fickle deity, no longer favoring Peter, but instead choosing her childhood sweetheart Gwen Stacy and many other... twisted beings. A battle for the title of hero is inevitable; who will ultimately emerge victorious?
