Everyone loves the Doctor, but there's only one Doctor. So Rhodes Island has an unwritten rule: no one can accept a confession from the Doctor. This rule maintains a semblance of harmony among the operators. However, what no one expected was that while they were suppressing their feelings for the sake of Rhodes Island's harmony, a newly joined operator accepted the Doctor's confession.
