I read the whole thing.MC cheat is a system where he can consume his life and upgrad his cultivation/skills like alchemy etc..The pace of the novel is fast.MC breaks through realm quite often but the plot is very bland.Its the same old secret real,get opportunity and go to a new place plot.This is repeated in every arc,what changes is that you get to higher realms and are on a higher stage.Also MC I would consider not smart but also not stupid but yes the side characters in the novel are very stupid at times.There are many plots that don't make sense to..Also in the middle arcs it becomes very boring but picks up pace later...Also one important thing,author is not good at writing fighting scenes.So there is no exciting fights and all that.Even the most exciting fights and plot reveals are done in a simple paragraph.Like the extremely powerful X person fell after being surrounded lol..But i liked the novel overall and it was good enough that i read all 740 chapters ..Its nothing special but you can read it if you can its obvious cons
