Short but good read, keep in mind that this has some comedy elements as can be easily gleamed from the title, so don't expect the most serious dark writing, it's a fun story that is written well, and that's all it needs to be.
The romance is really well done somehow, Harry and Ginny's romance was better written here than in the original novels despite them non being the main characters anymore. And the MC and Hermione's romance is also really satisfying to read.
This is a 4.5/5 novel, but I'm rating it a 5 because the current score is too low
I shouldn't have to mention how bad this novel is, just read the About section and you should be able to tell. The author is doing way too much too early.
At first I didn't understand all the 1 star reviews because while the timeline is messed up, the story itself is actually pretty good. That is until I got to around chapter 110 and they introduced Gundams for the Sand Village. And then I saw the other reviews and holy hell.
Here is a bit of the final chapter:
-
Waking up again, Shen Yun found himself back on Earth.
Upon understanding the situation, he discovered that the boundaries between worlds were somehow very fragile, and a large number of demons and monsters from virtual anime and movies appeared in reality with the merging of worlds.
Zombies, Pure Titans, Sword Art Online SAO—Sekiro—the Knocking Ghost from Mysterious Revival—and SCP Foundation remnants appeared in succession.
During this process, Shen Yun encountered Ōtsutsuki Kaguya again, reconciled with her, and together they fought against various demons and monsters.
Finally, all worlds merged, and a vast, boundless grand world appeared, with Shen Yun becoming its World Lord.

The author gave up in the last bit of the novel and just ruined an otherwise pretty well written AU Naruto fic that features the Second War in an interesting way.
Here are the original timeline screw-ups that I noticed when reading through the first 15 or so chapters.
The protagonist is 8 years old, Minato is one year younger than him [7], and they are in the same class with Kushina [6], Tsume Inuzuka [5] (Kiba's Mom), and Fugaku [13]. There is also Yakushi Nono who should be Kushina's age being described as a full grown woman.
Beyond this, the timeline of the War is completely messed up, with the Second Shinobi War lasting way too long in the timeline, and starting way later too. Minato is supposed to graduate at 10 years old and fight in the last year of the war until he is 11. But the war starts when the MC and Minato graduate, and the war lasts over 5 years after they graduate.
TLDR; Don't read this waste of time.
The MC has a very... off putting personality to say the least. I can't really bring myself to waste more than the 15-ish minutes I already wasted on this novel. And from reading MrT's review, it doesn't seem to get better in the short term, and there is no way the writing quality will get better over the next 2000 chapters based on how the author is writing now.
This is a novel worth reading if for nothing else than the way it introduces concepts you may find in other Chinese Webnovels also being one of I Eat Tomatoes first works. It's honestly not really worth a 5/5 since the latter half of the story is quite tedious bringing it to a 3.5/5 for good CN Webnovels but a 4/5 for novels here on WTR.
But I wanna know who wanted this translated here since it's completely translated for free online on other non-pirate sites for over 6 years now. You can easily find it by just Copy Pasting the name into google
It's a pretty decently written story, but the characterization of the MC is a bit iffy. As he starts out talking about how he loves Hinata, only for him to immediately fall for the Sword Saint and Cow Girl from Goblin Slayer, as well as immediately saying he wants to go to school to see "Sasuke, Hinata, and Ino Yamanaka". I can already tell the romance is going to be an annoying plot point based on how this is written, and honestly I don't really care to continue reading because of that.
Other than that the novel is well written and an interesting read to pass the time.
This is a very 3/5 Novel but I'm giving it a lower score because of all the fake reviews that just give it a 5
I hate to say it after a pretty good first 5 or so chapters but this is just so horribly written.
Chinese authors can't help themselves from making unbearably cringy edgelord characters all the time. The main character was a relatively normal child until the next chapter, the author suddenly revealed he is comically evil and actually has no morals and everything is just an act. The author gave the MC a setting of having a past life in our world reading Harry Potter but through dreams, which suddenly makes him much more mature for his age (despite the fact that he acts like an edgy 13 year old from tumblr 24/7) and I honestly have no hope for any character development based on the author very clearly being not that good of a storyteller.
Not to mention the absurd obsession with alchemy in every Harry Potter fanfic, but this time its not even an interesting system of alchemy. The main character can also seemingly memorize most alchemical creations just by looking at it for a few seconds, with the only exceptions being the sorting hat, and the door-knockers.
This is just such an uninspired Harry Potter fanfic that literally almost anything else is 10 times more interesting, idk about many others but I'm tired of my fanfic MC's being evil/anti-heroes just for the sake of edge because it's "cool".
