The focus of this novel is romance and a harem-seeking protagonist. The dynamics in terms of dialogues between the heroines and MC are phenomenal and entertaining.
What I dislike is that despite being decisive when it comes to romance, the MC is indecisive with incomes with dealing with the original protagonist. It drags out for 320+ chapters but also the development is quite frustrating.
Overall, I will not reread this.
Was interesting at first but when the cultivation world plot came at around chapter 700 it all became crap. The plot is tedious and boring. Lots of unnecessary drama.
The MC is portrayed at this point as former Immortal King who was betrayed. There's no longer any romance, no kingdom-building, no more interesting rewards from the system. Majority of the plot, at this point, consists of how the big bad guys are planning to subvert the MC. Furthermore, there's no concept of familial love. Just all about impregnation for the sake of the rewards. Extremely boring.
This is absolute garbage. The writing is extremely childish. Dialogues are always underlined with comedic undertone not appropriate for certain situations.
I also didn't expect that the author would write the MC's fiancee as someone who has been sleeping around even before he transmigrated.
This novel is utterly dark. Everything is all about killing. No social dynamics. Every character is a psychopath. No heroines, just utter genocidal madness.
Writing is ok.but this type of story can be pretty tiring since the premise is all about just killing.
Pretty decent junk food. Just the right mix of drama, fighting and wish fulfillment.
Now I know these low ratings comes from the early part of the novel where a heroine is stupidly stubborn against the MCs efforts for 250 chapters. Even I can't help but curse her character lol but the resolution, though could've been done better, was overall satisfying.
It's unfortunate that the ending was sped up. Though I wouldn't say it was bad.
I can't understand the humor of this novel. Maybe because the humor is local/chinese orientated.
Although I can cope with the system being useless, the MC being cowardly, what I can't cope is the romance. How do the heroines get together with the MC? When he's a wimp throughout the majority of the novel. Author really spent every aspect of the novel towards comedy that even in situations where there were supposed to be tension, everyone suddenly acts stupid.
I also dislike this protagonist trope with "Heroines can hear your inner voice" because the plot is guaranteed to be linear and bland.
This is seriously riddled with bad writing that even the excuse of MTL reading can't save it.
Although the concept of combining "Many children = many blessings" & "Dynasty prestige = many rewards" makes the plot interesting at first glance, a lot of things are just sidelined. There's no kingdom building, no political intrigue. Even the romance is cringe (their supposed romance dialogues feel like simple transactions).
The MC is overpowered, too overpowered. The author makes the MC overwhelmingly reliant on the system. He doesn't display any strategic thinking or the wisdom of a ruler. It's all about fights. Not to mention, any slice-of-life chapters or any that displays the MC interacting with the heroines feel robotic.
This novel is pretty confusing. I thought this was gonna be some regret/revenge novel given the MC was framed. Then somehow the author tries to make it comedic.
I don't even understand what the hell is going on. There's no premise of what the MC's goals are. The author just randomly comes up with bullsht and tries to make it funny.
