200 Chapters in, very similar to 'I am the Fated Villain.' If you are looking for strife and effort, this is not it for you, the MC is very overpowering all the time. Most of its content are bootlicking of the MC such as "he's so handsome", "Usually [said women] were cold and aloof, but looking at MC, they can't help but admit look again" type vibe. Again, very similar to the novel I've mentioned, except in my opinion less well orchestrated. MC is very arrogant and looks down on every female thus far, no women is worth his effort in chasing. The conflict between characters is very well done, enemies recognize their inferiority and tries to bide time despite pestering and egging from MC. No undeserved trash talk about MC. This whole novel gives off domineering CEO energy, if this is your thing or you want a rest from weak MC, take a sample of this.
3.5, Plot isn't bad. However, a thing you will hate about this novel is the ridiculously low IQ of villains. Author purposely writes dumb villains and infuriating conflicts that gets you boiled up, not in a good way. The author more often than not forces a conflict and unrealistic scenarios. For example, MC is shown to be way more powerful, yet passersby and villains alike still call him trash. MC gets into a conflict and seemingly every single one of his opponents without realizing his identity or prowess is like 'break his limb', 'cripple his dantian', 'cut off your arm and I'll let this go'. In a world of cultivation, dog eats dog world, you'd think the people will have a sense of propriety. Nonetheless, I really like the plotline and its progression, the chapters are just right for each arc.
