David traveled to the United States and became an auditor for the most powerful law enforcement agency (the Internal Revenue Service). On December 3, 2021, the U.S. Congress passed a bill. It stipulates that from now on, regardless of any illegal activities such as smuggling, robbery, fraud, etc., full tax must be paid to the IRS.
