Lin Mo discovered the damaged "Abyss Core" in the basement of his family's old house—a civilizational artifact capable of connecting the multiverse. His ancestor was once the monarch who ruled over the seventy-two layers of the Abyss, but ten thousand years ago, civil war shattered his power, and the territory was divided among the seven evil gods, leaving only the most barren "Abandoned Layer" to him.
