Upon waking, Nobita finds himself sixty years behind in technology. In the town of Tsukimidai, all memories of Doraemon vanish along with the regressed era. After a series of twists and turns, Nobita and his friends learn the truth: an unprecedented, massive, and trans-temporal war is unfolding, its target the future where humanity's technology is booming. The dominoes hidden in the past have already fallen, about to form a colossal wave that will engulf every era of humanity. The only clue is a snapshot taken across time. On September 19, 1492, at the center of the temporal vortex, the Time Police captured a photograph of the back of a blue nursing cat-shaped robot. This becomes the catalyst for Nobita and his friends being drawn into this trans-temporal heist. As they uncover more and more clues across different eras, a massive conspiracy gradually surfaces.

一觉醒来，科技水平倒退回了六十年前。月见台小镇上，所有关于哆啦A梦的回忆，也都伴随着时代倒退，而消失于无形。历经一番波折后，大雄一行人得知了真相：一场史无前例、规模宏大、跨越时空的战争正在发生，而目标，则是人类科技蓬勃发展的未来。藏于过去的多米诺骨牌已然倒塌，即将形成一股滔天巨浪，吞没向人类的每一个时代。唯一的线索，是一张同样跨时空的快照。1492年９月19日，时空乱流的漩涡中心，时间警察拍摄到了一张蓝色育儿猫型机器人的背影照片。以此为契机，大雄一行人被卷入了这场超时空的大劫案之中。而随着他们在各个时代截获的线索日益增多，一个巨大的阴谋，渐渐浮出水面。
