The boy decided to travel alone to Z City, where his boss was located.

Along the way, he encountered a search and rescue dog that had lost its owner, and Jiu'er, a seven-year-old girl who, despite being a zombie, still maintained her sanity.

Thus begins the apocalyptic journey of one person, one dog, and one zombie.
