Unconventional Heroes in American Comics

Having been transported to the DC Universe, Luo Ji, overcome by a guilty conscience, becomes a superhero. While somewhat unconventional, and bearing the bizarre title of "the only superhero in the city who kills," and even being wanted by the GCPD (Gotham City Police Department), Luo Ji feels aggrieved. Gotham has a notorious "no-kill policy." Everyone in the city embraces it wholeheartedly; Luo Ji simply has a different taste. After all, what era are we living in? Who still wants to be a traditional superhero?
