Wasted potential. The story is really written well and I like it, but just getting points after every reincarnations, without debuffs or legacies retained from previous reincarnations makes this a bit jarring, preventing me from giving it higher star ratings. The MC being resurrected after death and gaining points, and living again in another form of Pokemon takes away the urgency and danger in this story, like who cares if he dies, as long as he's getting point s? At the very least, he should have gotten some debuffs after that Caterpie story. Now, with just a simple change in the story, there's an urgency in it, like he should do good in his next reincarnations or these debuffs will accumulate and his chances will be bleak.
Noted: there's a big problem after chapter 295, like what the heck happened to these chapters?
Edit: reading further, at least the author remedied it after the Machamp world. At least, he obtained a badge from that world and not just points, making it connected and not jarring. This makes the story a lot better. Changing my rating from 3-star to a 5-star. And you idiot @LuciusHargrave, mind your own business. Just write your own review and don't invalidate someone's opinion. Who are you, anyway? lOL.
