I agree that the negative comment is misleading; the protagonist isn't evil, he's just chaotic neutral. He isn't going out of his way to turn someone into a frog; instead, they come to him wishing to get away from society, so he teleports them to the moon, something like that. Just like a genie, the consequences are always your fault for not being careful enough with your request.
Yeah, this is just weird. 5-year-old Qian Renxue becomes our 20-something-year-old protagonist's fiancée. Like what? Someone check dog author's hard drive.
The title makes you feel like it would have a few flashbacks of the embarrassing moments and then time skip to the future for some face-slapping for a few hundred chapters, but it is really just a normal cultivation novel of someone starting from the bottom and climbing stage by stage, the name and synapse don't hint at this at all quite stupid.
It was a nice, silly novel until the girl finally met her mother, and her father came out of retreat; it became a political intrigue novel, and she became a background character, which was quite lame and ruined it for me.
