第1章 林忧

Lin You

Green mountains and cloud valleys, the thought of them is nothing but a fairyland;

Looking at the flowers through the fog, how can one know that the world is hazy?

Lin You came to this world by mistake, so he simply lay on the top of the mountain, carefully overlooking the entire world.

He saw the clouds rolling and unrolling, the wind's unpredictable nature, ancient immortals preaching under pine trees, emperors building high platforms to offer sacrifices to the heavens, and old men walking alone, all in pursuit of a chance for immortality...

Count all the romantic things in the world,

I have never seen a free and easy immortal in the mortal world.

So he planted a seed.

Years later, a sacred tree rose from the ground, reaching the azure sky and the underworld, its clear light illuminating the universe. Its glazed jade leaves drooped, reflecting the three thousand Dao seeds, breathing in endless spiritual energy... From then on, the mundane world was transformed into a place of immortality.

I only see the green mountains filled with thoughts, and do not envy the white cranes for forgetting their thoughts.

This is a story about a practitioner in the Dharma-Ending Age.

青山云壑，念起无非仙境；
隔雾观花，岂知世事朦胧？

林忧误至此世，索性高卧山巅，仔细俯瞰着整个人间。

他看到了云的卷舒，风的无常，看到了曾有古仙于松下讲法，有帝王筑高台祭天，有老者踽踽独行，只为求得一个长生仙缘……

细数人间风流尽，

未见红尘自在仙。

于是，他洒下了一颗种子。

多年以后，一株神树拔地而起，上穷碧落下黄泉，莹莹清光遍照大千。琉璃玉叶垂落，三千道种辉映，吐纳着无尽灵机……从此红尘万丈，尽化神仙道场。

唯见青山有思，不羡白鹤忘机。

这是一个末法时代修行者的故事。
