The MC is ok but the girl's role in the story is garbage. She has no purpose and even with a master level reincarnation, her class does not change. Her abilities that she gets from the master level reincarnation is incredibly weak. Story is just perpetual face slapping others. Not to mention the story starts off with being in dept for 100 million for 10 years of "resources" before she even awaken. The actual resources that supposedly helped her grow up have never been stated. Seriously, WTH is it. Most stories talk about resources but they never talk about what it actually means.
I hate it when those novels with weird shit become dog officials, you got your own cheats you can become stronger by yourself why you need baby sit people? What’s the point of being government dog? They can’t give anything to you and instead they take it all dragging people in instances those useless people doing nothing while MC doing all the job if those people will get released in the wild they gonna be slaughtered because they are absolutely monkey material I guess author wanna water words and create more chapters while scoring some social credit for being selfless government official
I am disappointed. The idea was nice, but poor execution.
1. In a world were demon beasts are a threat, you don't have vagabonds raping women, killing children and constituting nuisance, you have hunters because humans are creatures of survival. The author has a low IQ.
2. Why are they hiding cultivation techniques when there are demon beast threats? Why not spread all the techniques for all realms (except the last realm) since the distance between places are ridiculously large. One strong beast could wipe out villages and counties before anyone strong enough could interfere. In this kind of world, the powerful that rules like this won't have a nation to rule.
Again one of those novels with an mc who gets everything handed to him. Oh you want a mental skill to deal with an elemental creature? Well here you go. You need materials early on? Here’s a bunch of blueprints. You need companions? Well here’s the mandatory beautiful fmc within the first 5 chapters who only wants you to help exclusively women. You need something that will justify your pointless resource waste of the stone wall? Here’s something to turn it into an extraordinary item. His decisions with his power are also stupid. Instead of becoming a stat machine, and contracting support eerie he instead contracts pointless defence ones with pisspoor stats. It’s like he has no idea what he should be doing. His talent is literally system breaking yet he refuses to utilise it.
Even the way mc acts and his decision making is questionable. How shitty of an author do you have to be to make something so overwhelmingly mass produced and tick so many boxes in only 15 chapters. Just get your ass in the factory and screw some bolts.
A novel that could be interesting but is sadly a cookie cutter wish fulfilment novel done by a rookie author who’s depressed.
This book was meh to begin with because MC is too trusting of women which is how he keeps getting into messes and he wastes a ton of chances. Now that I saw chapter 39 where mc exposed his golden finger, it is really bad. I'm worried people can now counter his golden finger.
MC spent 1 spirit stone for 100 taels of silver. Biggest rip off ever. Then he uses it to buy pills for his uncle and aunt who were the ones who stole his parent's pension and abused him. For context, he saved for 3 years to get around 30 spirit stones. So that's more than a month's worth of spirit stones.
Chapter 14: A few days ago, he had quietly gone to a nearby town, exchanged one Low-Grade Spirit Stone for a hundred taels of silver, and then used a few taels of silver to buy the most ordinary "Body-Strengthening Pills" at a pharmacy.
.
MC chose a really difficult technique and he is willing to waste his life stuck in a crappy realm for a chance to get an extra 3 years of life for a minor breakthrough. Really...
Chapter 8: "But the effect was irresistible: three extra years of Lifespan per minor Breakthrough, and endless recovery speed."
Chapter 20: ""He possessed the daily intelligence, which was already a tremendous advantage. All he needed was patience.
If a month didn't work, then a year. If a year didn't work, then ten years.
His Lifespan was 120 years; he could afford to wait."
.
Mc also spends years cultivating without taking advantage of daily intelligence. So cheat is wasted.
.
MC has to be suppressed so even an endless amount of spirit stones still means he is at qi refining. Cultivation method is useless if the realm is low...
Chapter 50: "The deeper he Cultivated, the more he sensed the Withered Wood Meets Spring Scripture's vastness—and the terrifying amount of Spiritual Qi each layer required."
.
-1 star: MC already cultivating the path so where does the big favor come from?
Chapter 62: "This piece of information was worth far more than those two Spirit Medicines. It was guidance on the Dao, and in the cultivation world it counted as half a mastership."
Dropped the novel bc mc willingly exploited and he knows exactly how but still gives pills. CH73.
Rating: 3/5
It might have some potential, but it’s really not my cup of tea. I honestly don’t get why someone would write a fanfiction and then put the MC on a team made entirely of original characters. At that point, you might as well just write your own novel with a completely new universe instead of calling it fanfiction.
Fanfiction is fun because you’re working with canon teams and characters we already know and care about. That’s the whole appeal. I seriously don’t understand how people are reviewing this like “it’s so emotional” and “so deep” — who am I supposed to care about when none of these characters even existed in the original story?
I would’ve much preferred if the MC went to a school that was actually shown or at least properly established in Kuroko no Basket. Using a known team would’ve made the story way more engaging and meaningful.
• I hate when I read some Marvel fanfiction, with plots involving Daredevil, Kingpin, Mephisto, or Vampire. I personally find those stories boring.
• Another thing is the MC going from one side to the other; this author doesn't know what he's doing, throwing in a bunch of stupid plot elements.
• But, as I said, this is my personal opinion because I personally hate these things; others might like them, so read and draw your own conclusions.
The MC does not "reveal" the cheat irl, he reveals it in the simulation, no one is gonna find out bruh theyre all simulated.
These novel reviewers are all braindead 💔
